The Training Manager manages the training department and develops exceptional products and services training within brand operating standards. Responsibilities include identifying development needs, designing programs, and adapting them to the property’s needs. The role also supports talent development and works with managers and Corporate Office.
Key Responsibilities: Align training strategy with business goals and operating standards
Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs and processes
Organize sessions, testing procedures, manuals, and visual aids




Conduct orientation and arrange on-the-job training for recent hires
Maintain training records and coordinate hotel school trainees
Requirements: Three years of related training experience with some college
Bachelor’s degree and five-plus years preferred
Experience in a similar luxury hotel role
Fluent English; additional languages preferred
Ability to handle computers, keyboards, AV equipment, and flip charts
