This full time Registered Nurse position supports patients in their residences and other settings. You will use assessment techniques, execute and monitor care plans, and maintain professional records. Collaborative communication helps establish rapport, trust, and long-term therapeutic relationships with patients.

Requirements: Registered Nurse registration with the CNO in good standing
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required
Willingness to travel between patient residences
Reliability and flexibility in community nursing work
Availability for required after-hours on-call coverage
