This Merchandise Manager supports the Store Manager while leading merchandising and operational standards. The role covers truck processing, SISO routines, planogram execution, visual presentation, pricing, and promotional sets. It also provides Manager-on-Duty coverage and develops team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
Key Responsibilities: Lead timely truck unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow
Plan workloads and prioritize daily store tasks
Execute SISO routines and maintain in-stock levels
Complete planograms, ad sets, and price changes
Oversee inventory, Ship from Store, RTVs, and receiving
Requirements: Three or more years of retail leadership experience
Ability to remain standing and move throughout the store
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise
Ability to climb ladders or step stools
Availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings
