Drive digital government product delivery from Halifax, improving Registry of Motor Vehicles services through strategy, metrics, and cross-department collaboration. This term role ends March 31, 2028.
As Product Director for the RMV Modernization Team, you will help redefine driver and vehicle service delivery for Nova Scotians. You will establish product direction, monitor success, and support solutions that address technology constraints, operational needs, legislative evolution, and system integration. The role reports to the Executive Director for RMV Modernization.
Key Responsibilities: Develop visions and goals aligned with RMV Modernization objectives
Deliver modernization outcomes and improve business systems
Ensure products meet partner, client, and citizen expectations




Work with technology and service directors on metrics
Report within the RMV Modernization Senior Leadership Team
Requirements: Related bachelor’s or master’s degree
Five or more years’ related product delivery or management experience
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation abilities
Experience with process facilitation and business relationships
Ability to apply equity lenses to strategies and initiatives
Use product strategy, delivery management, and digital modernization expertise to improve Nova Scotia Registry of Motor Vehicles services.
