About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance function and serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and the Board. The CFO will oversee financial stewardship, reporting, controls, and team performance while leading annual budgeting, multi-year planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Responsibilities include guiding resource allocation and long-term sustainability, overseeing investments and organizational assets, and providing clear financial insight to support governance and decision-making. The role will also lead audit and compliance activities, manage financial risks, develop the finance team,
and advance systems, data, and process improvements.
Candidates must hold a CPA designation and bring senior financial leadership experience in a complex, multi-stakeholder organization, ideally as a CFO or equivalent. They should have a strong record of partnering with executive leadership and Boards, building consensus, and influencing decisions across differing priorities. Experience developing high-performing finance teams and leading organizational change is important, along with expertise in governance, investment oversight, risk management, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate can translate financial information into explicit choices for non-financial stakeholders and balance strategic leadership with hands-on understanding of finance operations.
