Support the President of Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Montréal through confidential administration, bilingual communication, and executive coordination. Manage priorities across GDI’s fashion brands.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this Executive Assistant serves as the key link between the President, executive team, and external partners. The position supports agenda management, correspondence, travel, presentations, and urgent matters. It also coordinates with department heads and business functions.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the President’s agenda, correspondence, calls, travel, and personal tasks
Filter emails and customer complaints requiring presidential attention
Liaise with executives and department heads on priorities
Prepare presentations, correspondence, documents, and signature materials




Oversee company events and external corporate engagements
Requirements: French and English bilingualism for daily stakeholder communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills and discretion with confidential matters
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and detail-oriented abilities
Adaptability, urgency, and collaborative relationship-building skills
