As an Administration/Waiting List Manager, you will manage specialty waiting lists within NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. The post involves Treatment Time Guarantees, national targets, clinic capacity and patient administration processes. You will work with clinical and operational teams to maintain performance and support patient-centred services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage specialty waiting lists and ensure compliance with national targets
- Analyse waiting list data and address performance risks
- Manage clinic and theatre capacity against clinical priorities
- Line manage administrative, clerical and waiting list staff
- Present waiting time and service performance reports
Requirements:
- Significant NHS acute administration management experience
- Proven waiting list and Treatment Time Guarantee experience
- Experience supervising and developing administrative teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient NHS systems, data management and GDPR knowledge
