In this role, you will:

- Deliver blowouts that aremeticulous, precise, and tailoredto each guest’s style and personality.
- Build meaningful connections with guests, creating a friendly, approachable, and memorable experience.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain astylish, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Stay innovative and trend-forward—bringing innew techniques, tools, and styling inspirationto elevate the guest experience.
- Contribute to ongoing education and skill development through Hedkandi Academy and in-house workshops.
