You will market vacant units, coordinate showings, prepare application files and leases, and manage move-ins. Key Responsibilities:
- Create marketing strategies for vacant apartments
- Coordinate showings from all marketing sources
- Lease apartments through appointments and open houses

Requirements:
- One to three years residential leasing experience or more
- Bilingual English and French communication
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Excel proficiency and robust attention to detail
- Weekend availability and excellent communication skills
