Key Responsibilities:
- Support plan design analysis and employee contribution analysis
- Review cost trends, rate-setting and renewals
- Contribute to carrier bid and scenario reviews
- Evaluate retiree medical or disability plan valuations
- Translate data and research into client-ready insights
Requirements:
- Soon-to-be graduate or recent graduate
- Interest in healthcare, advantages, analytics or consulting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
