As Senior Programs and Solutions Manager, you will support Global Procurement’s Strategy and Solutions Chapter. The role focuses on market expertise, strategic execution, value delivery, compliance, sustainability, and continuous improvement. You will address Commercial and Corporate Services challenges through data-driven recommendations and supplier-led solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-create market and supplier-driven digital or service solutions
- Lead category transformations, cost transformations, negotiations, and sourcing strategies
- Diagnose complex customer problems with business leaders
- Use data to prioritize value and change specifications
- Build cross-functional networks and share best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- More than seven years of procurement experience
- Commercial or corporate services category experience
- Experience leading supplier innovation or strategic initiatives
- Exceptional presentation, dialogue, and influencing skills
