Shape Sagard’s global treasury function through fund financing expertise, liquidity planning, and scalable infrastructure across a multi-asset platform.
Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Treasury will establish and lead a newly created global function. The mandate spans treasury strategy, execution, governance, controls, and infrastructure. Success requires partnership with investment teams, executives, banking relationships, and external financing partners across jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities: Design the global treasury operating model and reporting frameworks
Build infrastructure for multi-entity, multi-currency operations
Oversee liquidity planning, capital allocation, and cash optimization
Structure subscription lines, NAV facilities, and ABLs




Develop FX and hedging strategies
Requirements: 15–20+ years in treasury, financing, or capital markets
Alternative asset management, private equity, or credit background
Deep expertise in fund financing and capital structure optimization
Experience building or transforming treasury functions
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
Lead Sagard’s global treasury strategy with financing, liquidity, banking, and infrastructure expertise across jurisdictions.
