Support project financial forecasting at Canada Life using Clarity, SAP reconciliation, and collaborative analysis. This permanent full time position is available in Toronto, London, or Winnipeg.
As a PMO Financial Specialist, you will support the Technology Project Management Office’s Clarity and Data Analytics team. You will work with Finance, Procurement, project managers, and technology stakeholders. Your focus includes project forecasting, financial reporting, data integrity, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Support project financial forecasting and reporting processes
Facilitate monthly reviews of project manager forecasts
Reconcile project spending between Clarity and SAP
Develop solutions simplifying project financial forecasting
Create user guidelines and training materials
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or professional certification
Two or more years’ Finance or Accounting experience
Experience working with project managers and PMO teams
Hands-on project portfolio management systems experience preferred
Robust spreadsheet, reporting, problem-solving, and process analysis skills
Bring finance, project delivery, Clarity, and SAP experience to improve forecast accuracy for Canada Life project managers.
