As Principal Applied AI/ML Scientist, you define solutions for enterprise-level use cases and guide long-term approaches across lululemon’s AI portfolio. You lead complex initiatives spanning forecasting, supply chain, merchandising, optimization, and enterprise operations. Your work connects emerging research with measurable business outcomes, responsible AI, and scalable production systems.

Establish experimentation and validation standards

Requirements: Eleven to fifteen years of AI/ML research experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience; PhD preferred
Expertise in generative AI, NLP, vision, or multimodal learning
Experience delivering complex AI/ML systems across domains
Expertise with Python, PyTorch, cloud platforms, and scalable pipelines
