As a Technical Leader within Cisco Canada Customer Experience, you will provide personalized technical support to Critical National Infrastructure customers. You will handle Cisco data center compute environments, including UCS and HyperFlex, while collaborating with customer engineering teams and Cisco internal organizations. Your work will support network stability, reliability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities: Provide second- and third-tier device and network support
Lead problem resolution during customer network outages
Develop shared labs simulating customer network environments




Translate technical challenges into product feedback
Develop automation assets and artificial intelligence tools
Requirements: Live in Kanata or relocate to Canada
Canadian citizenship or permanent residency required
Five-plus years of relevant industry experience
Three-plus years debugging Cisco UCS and HyperFlex
Ability to obtain Canadian Government Security Clearance
Apply Cisco troubleshooting, escalation leadership, and automation expertise while supporting Canadian critical infrastructure customers from Kanata.
