As Director of Talent Acquisition, you will report to the VP of People & Talent and own hiring strategy, systems, and team development. This player-coach role spans GTM and technical searches, recruiting operations, interview frameworks, and talent planning. You will partner with executives and hiring managers on org design, leveling, headcount, and offers.
Key Responsibilities: Own talent acquisition strategy, hiring plans, priorities, and sequencing
Lead, coach, and grow the recruiting team
Run senior and business-critical searches end to end
Design interview frameworks, interviewer training, and calibration
Own Ashby, recruiting operations, reporting, and team SLAs
Requirements: 10+ years of in-house recruiting experience
High-growth B2B SaaS or AI company experience
3+ years leading recruiters or recruiting functions
Recent success closing senior hires in competitive markets
Deep Ashby or comparable ATS experience
Build Valence's AI-native recruiting function through executive partnership, data fluency, senior searches, and thoughtful team leadership.
