Lead technology operations for BCI from Victoria or Vancouver, guiding cloud infrastructure, digital workplace services, and up-to-date engineering practices.
As Vice President, Technology Operations, you will report to the SVP, Technology & Innovation and CTO. Lead approximately 32 people across cloud and infrastructure services, digital workplace services, Service Desk, service management, and disaster recovery. Help shape BCI’s future-state technology platform while supporting an AI-first business.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee cloud and infrastructure services and systems
Lead digital workplace services and systems
Direct Service Desk and service management
Manage disaster recovery capabilities
Advise the CTO on strategic technology decisions
Requirements: Experience leading large technology teams
Technical credibility and strategic vision
Experience in technology-forward, entrepreneurial environments
Curiosity about emerging technologies and possibilities
