This Senior Software Engineer role centers on diagnosing latency, throughput, and scaling bottlenecks in high-availability, multi-tenant SaaS environments. You will design resource-protection frameworks, analyze database and application behavior, and improve code, SQL, and configuration. The work includes AI-driven developer tooling, automated diagnostics, and intelligent monitoring.
Key Responsibilities: Design rate limiting, traffic shaping, and concurrency controls
Monitor latency, throughput, and resource utilization across layers
Analyze JVM, thread, heap, SQL, and Hibernate behavior
Perform capacity analysis and support high-traffic customer events




Review designs, pull requests, and SQL changes for scalability
Requirements: Proven experience resolving latency and scaling bottlenecks
Solid relational database experience, preferably MySQL and Hibernate
Five-plus years developing software with Java or similar languages
Knowledge of JVM internals, garbage collection, and concurrency
Experience with profiling, observability, cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes
