Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Brand and Communications, this specialist executes customer-facing digital experiences across the United States and Canada. The work includes customer communications, onboarding, engagement, and self-service improvements. Success depends on digital analytics, customer journey activities, personalization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Execute and optimize portals, mobile applications, and self-service tools
Deliver onboarding, activation, and digital adoption programs
Manage communication calendars and coordinated customer contact plans
Analyze feedback, behavioural insights,



and journey performance data
Run testing across communications, content, and digital touchpoints
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
Five-plus years in digital or customer marketing disciplines
Experience using analytics and customer insights for optimization
Experience supporting customer-facing digital platforms and self-service
Experience with testing, experimentation, personalization, or optimization
