Lead ONE ID product strategy in Ontario Health’s in-office Ontario model, using IAM expertise and roadmap management to improve access services.
As Senior Product Manager, you own ONE ID vision, planning, execution, backlog, and continuous improvement. You serve as the IAM subject matter expert while coordinating Software Development, Quality Assurance, DevOps, and Experience Design. The work connects customer needs, organizational objectives, user research, requirements, and product performance across Ontario Health.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the ONE ID roadmap and backlog
Define product vision with management and cross-functional teams
Lead user research and stakeholder engagement activities
Translate business needs into requirements, stories,



and acceptance criteria
Monitor KPIs and champion Agile continuous improvement
Requirements: 10+ years managing products, including IAM solutions
10+ years performing formal requirements elicitation and analysis
10+ years working in software development environments
Robust Agile, SDLC, process mapping, and user-centred design knowledge
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Ontario residency required
