As Hydrogeology Team Lead, you will balance technical quality, client satisfaction, team performance, and business development. You will provide expertise in hydrogeological assessments, contamination hydrogeology, groundwater resources, and water management projects. Your responsibilities include leading professionals, overseeing delivery, building relationships, and contributing to service line and sector plans.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare proposals and support business development plan execution
Build client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
Provide technical oversight for hydrogeological assessments and monitoring




Review regulatory submissions for quality and compliance
Lead teams and allocate resources for effective delivery
Requirements: Experience and success in business development and client management
Minimum 10 years in environmental services hydrogeology
Consulting leadership experience with qualified teams
Expertise in hydrogeology and water resource management
Willingness to travel to job sites and clients
