Valard Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for its Transmission group. You will lead complex utility construction projects while strengthening governance, financial performance, and client delivery. The work requires contract management, project controls, risk management, and leadership across project teams.
Key Responsibilities: Lead projects against scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations
Manage contracts and issue or administer subcontracts
Oversee forecasting, margins, and cash flow optimization
Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators




Maintain client relationships and support strategic growth
Requirements: Post-secondary education in engineering, construction management, business, or related field
Ten years of progressive utility or linear infrastructure construction experience
Experience managing large-scale, complex projects
Advanced contract management, project controls, and financial performance knowledge
PMP designation or equivalent
Apply project leadership, commercial acumen, and transmission construction expertise to Valard projects across Ontario.
