Build resilient Oracle data infrastructure at Zebra as an Advanced Data Platform Engineer in Mississauga, with three onsite days and two remote.
This advanced engineering role focuses on computerized database planning, platform management, and technical landscape improvements. You will support Oracle 19c or newer RAC on Linux or Unix, Oracle EBS R12.2.x, and Oracle WebLogic Server. The position also contributes to architecture, automation, platform stability, and next-generation bureau platform components.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate master files, dictionaries, and support data tools
Establish database security, integrity controls, policies, and standards
Improve system performance, reliability, and technical platform effectiveness
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and resolve routine problems quickly
Support hosted data platforms, services, projects, and architecture decisions
Requirements: Bachelor's degree and minimum eight years of work experience
Four-plus years managing data-related infrastructure
Oracle RAC administration experience on Linux or Unix
Oracle EBS R12.2.x administration expertise
WebLogic Server lifecycle and shell scripting experience
