Scribd, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer for its Premium design team. You will work across Everand’s library and Fable’s community, taking concepts from early exploration through production. Collaboration with six Premium product and brand designers, plus Product, Research, Engineering, Data, and Marketing, will support growth initiatives and lifecycle experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Lead growth and lifecycle design strategy across two brands
Take concepts from rough ideas to production-ready experiences
Use AI to explore and prototype more ideas




Share work early and help designers sharpen their craft
Identify journey gaps and propose what to try next
Requirements: Five or more years of product design experience
Experience with growth, monetization, or subscription products
Distinctive visual craft and solid interaction design
Experience shipping experiments with measurable business impact
Ability to validate designs through usability testing
Use product design leadership, AI exploration, and rigorous learning to shape Everand and Fable’s reader experiences.
