Build Affir’s consumer loyalty program as a Staff Product Manager, owning rewards strategy, product economics, and customer engagement remotely across Canada.
Affir seeks an experienced product leader to create loyalty from scratch for the Affir Card. You will shape product vision, launch rewards and tiers, and build experiences that encourage repeat usage. This work combines fintech, consumer mobile products, analytics, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Own loyalty vision, roadmap, hypotheses, metrics, and quarterly sequencing
Launch rewards, tiers, benefits, redemption, and value-focused product surfaces
Build progress, milestone, and personalized-offer engagement loops
Manage reward liability, funding mix, incentives, incremental GMV, and member costs
Lead measurement,



experimentation, partner alignment, and embedded product pods
Requirements: Eight-plus years of Product Management experience
Experience building loyalty, rewards, or engagement programs
History launching consumer financial products from scratch
Fluency in experiments, incrementality, attribution, LTV, SQL, or Amplitude
Strong cross-functional leadership and regulated-product partnership experience
Lead Affir’s loyalty strategy through rewards economics, experimentation, consumer financial products, and explicit cross-functional execution.
