As Director, Marketing and Communications, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across integrated marketing, communications, digital, media, and creative services. You will advise senior leadership while translating institutional priorities into audience-focused campaigns. Your work will strengthen RDP’s brand, reputation, prospective student journey, and engagement with key audiences.
Key Responsibilities: Lead integrated marketing, communications, digital, media, and creative services teams
Steward RDP’s brand and establish governance frameworks across channels
Develop data-informed recruitment strategies using research and performance metrics
Oversee executive messaging, media relations,



issues management, and crisis response
Manage division budgets and resources while driving digital engagement innovation
Requirements: Strategic leadership across marketing, communications, and student recruitment
Experience developing institutional narratives and audience-focused campaigns
Ability to use analytics and performance metrics to evaluate results
