This senior analyst role requires at least eight years of relevant business or functional analysis experience. You will translate needs into user stories, business rules, functional specifications, and impact analyses. The work supports Guidewire solutions, Agile delivery, testing, and property and casualty insurance processes.
Key Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and document business and functional needs
Recommend process improvements supporting operational efficiency and business value
Prepare process diagrams, impact analyses, and functional documentation
Participate in Guidewire solution analysis, design, planning,
and implementation
Define test cases and support validation and user acceptance
Requirements: Minimum eight years of relevant analysis experience
Five years as a systems business analyst with ClaimCenter
ACE Guidewire certification and property and casualty insurance experience
Advanced knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON
Fluent French and English, orally and in writing
