Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end design for your product area

Conduct research and translate insights into improvements

Partner with engineering on faithful implementation
Requirements: Four or more years designing digital products
Strong portfolio showing process, systems thinking, and impact
Understanding of AI concepts and agentic systems
Proficiency in Figma and scalable design systems
Explicit communication across distributed teams
