This full-time field technician position supports safe, reliable equipment performance across field, onsite, and shop environments. You will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain systems while supporting customers and documenting findings. The work includes varied construction-class equipment and practical problem-solving with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain construction and mining equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain systems
Complete component replacements, rebuilds, and required repairs




Perform inspections and maintenance supporting equipment reliability
Document repairs and communicate findings with customers
Requirements: Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification
Minimum two years of related on-road or off-road experience
Construction-class equipment maintenance experience
Knowledge of hydraulic systems, Tier 4 engines, and schematics
Ability to work safely in demanding field conditions
