In this Preconstruction Manager role, you work closely with Business Development to identify opportunities and recommend partnerships. You coordinate partnership teams, proposal contributors, and project stakeholders within prescribed budgets and timelines. You develop project-specific client management strategies, manage expectations, and align communication with contract specifications and owner needs. You also collaborate with design managers on technical solutions and support early construction client relations after bid handoff. Candidates need ten-plus years of construction experience involving project pursuits, business development, estimating, or project management. The requirements include alternative delivery experience, constructability understanding, risk strategy interpretation, and experience leading partnering or teaming agreements. Strong leadership, communication,



interpersonal, conflict resolution, and organizational skills are essential.
