At Sienna Senior Living, this Server role supports residents’ health and well-being through meal preparation and service. You will help cultivate happiness in daily life while contributing to the home’s culture. The work includes dining room service, food presentation, sanitation, and resident-focused customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set, serve, and clean tables using Ready, Set, Serve
- Assist food preparation and presentation under the Chef’s direction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation during food service
- Promote and track a la carte and wine sales




- Participate in emergency drills and preparedness education sessions

Requirements:

- Smart Serve or Serve It Right designation required
- One year of dining room service experience
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Customer service skills with diverse resident backgrounds
- Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Records Checks required
