Solventum seeks a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, customer orders, follow-ups, and complex inquiries. You will support rental, sales, and owned business models while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Transportation. The schedule offers flexible start and end times between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST,



with no evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and gather information for customer orders
• Enter written and electronic orders across business models
• Investigate complaints and complete required follow-up
• Monitor emails and respond to offline requests
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on customer solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree from a credited institution
• Or college diploma and two years customer service experience
• Or high school diploma/GED and five years customer service experience
• Two years using ERP systems and business applications
• Legal authorization to work without employment visa sponsorship
