Key Responsibilities: Lead future-state HR service delivery and business process design
Develop service catalogs, ownership models, and organizational structures
Standardize processes across people, policy, and technology
Collaborate with business, Workday, change, and training teams
Support readiness,

Requirements: Experience delivering HR or business transformation programs
Knowledge of service delivery models and service catalogs
Understanding of organizational design and process improvement
