Key Responsibilities: Lead daily product design across three SaaS products
Own problems from discovery through design and implementation
Interview customers and review product feedback
Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs
Coach designers through feedback, reviews, and mentoring
Requirements: Eight or more years of product design experience
Experience with complex software products or SaaS
Robust UX, interaction design, and information architecture skills
Experience with research, usability testing, and interviews
Ability to challenge assumptions and explain design thinking
Bring product thinking, customer research, and team leadership to complex software used by real businesses.
