This Director-level lead turns Evinova’s transformation roadmap into practical delivery across clinical development. You will redesign workflows with process owners, develop training, and support compliant AI-enabled ways of working. Success depends on transparent communication, facilitation, stakeholder influence, and organized delivery across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities: Run process redesign workshops with functional and process owners
Document workflows and co-design future-state ways of working
Update controlled procedures and training inputs
Develop communication plans, governance materials,



and engagement cadences
Build repeatable playbooks for customer change journeys
Requirements: Experience in pharmaceutical R&D;, biotech, or health technology
Practical Lean, design thinking, or service design facilitation
Excellent change narratives, training, and executive communication
Ability to influence across a matrixed global organization
Organized, independent delivery amid ambiguity and competing priorities
