Key Responsibilities: Code and architect moderate to complex backend components
Own small and medium projects from design through delivery
Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and design support
Build scalable systems for a growing user base
Improve messaging, calling, and customer data capabilities
Requirements: Robust TypeScript experience or JavaScript and Node expertise
Experience with object-oriented languages such as Java or C#
Strong experience with metrics, logging, and distributed tracing
