The Principal Investments Analyst works directly with Stalwart’s investment team on evaluating opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting portfolio companies. You will collaborate with founding partners, advisory professionals, C-suite executives, and board members. The position develops investment analysis, financial modelling, and transaction execution capabilities across industries and activities.
Key Responsibilities: Research target companies, sectors, industries, and geographies
Evaluate opportunities and support principal investment execution
Develop financial models for investment transactions




Coordinate due diligence with third-party advisors
Prepare investment materials, presentations, and decision analysis
Requirements: Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, commerce, or related fields
Minimum cGPA of 89% or 3.7/4.0
Communicate complex concepts clearly verbally and in writing
Work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative
Produce accurate, high-quality work under tight deadlines
Build principal investment expertise through chance evaluation, financial modelling, diligence, and transactions at Stalwart in Toronto.
