Benchmark competitor vehicles and manage ADAS requirements for V2Soft’s vehicle programs in a hybrid position with two to three office days weekly.
As an experienced ADAS Performance Specialist, you will shape performance targets for current and future vehicle programs. Your work connects customer expectations, industry standards, competitor assessments, vehicle performance metrics, and technical requirements. You will also assess product changes, prepare leadership ride-and-drive materials, and contribute to future ADAS product roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities: Benchmark competitor ADAS systems and key vehicle features
Set performance targets for current and future programs
Assess product changes and feature updates
Prepare vehicles and materials for leadership evaluations
Improve performance development, testing, and validation processes
Requirements: Automotive engineering or ADAS feature performance experience
Knowledge of vehicle performance metrics and data acquisition
Experience managing technical requirements and performance targets
Understanding of simulation-based development or virtual validation
Robust analytical and cross-functional communication abilities
Use ADAS benchmarking, requirements management, vehicle testing, and performance evaluation expertise to support V2Soft product development.
