Great Gulf seeks an experienced Development Manager, Land Development for assigned Ontario communities. You will guide projects from acquisition and entitlements through servicing and municipal assumption. The work includes consultant management, municipal relations, tenders, contractor negotiations, and detailed cost control.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee assigned communities as internal and external development lead
Direct planning, zoning, and development approval processes
Manage consultants against fees, scope, and schedules
Coordinate servicing, grading, roads, utilities, and deficiencies




Drive projects toward municipal assumption and letter release
Requirements: Minimum seven years of private-sector land development experience
Relevant degree or diploma in business, engineering, construction, or real estate
Experience managing civil tenders through award
Knowledge of Ontario municipal standards and development charges
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office systems
Bring land development leadership, budget discipline, and construction coordination expertise to Great Gulf’s Ontario residential communities.
