As a Mechanical Engineer (Project Manager II), you will oversee projects from planning through construction administration and completion. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, maintain client relationships, and support technical delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects through planning, design, construction administration, and completion
Monitor schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, risks, and deliverables
Coordinate engineers, designers, project managers, coordinators, and site inspectors




Review mechanical installations and coordinate project assessments
Communicate with clients about scope, technical requirements, schedules, and finances
Requirements: Five to seven years of mechanical building services experience
Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or related program
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Knowledge of National and Ontario Building Codes
