As Manager, Security Architecture, you will define enterprise roadmaps across identity, access management, cloud, network, and data security. You will lead Zero Trust assessments, architecture design, and implementation planning while balancing risk reduction with business agility. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership and team development.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Zero Trust maturity assessments and implementation planning
Define identity and access management roadmaps
Review business initiatives and recommend secure architectures
Establish security principles, standards,
and reusable patterns
Report roadmap progress, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders
Requirements: 10+ years in security architecture or related leadership
Hands-on IAM expertise across SSO, MFA, PAM, and governance
Experience designing secure hybrid and multi-cloud environments
Ability to translate strategies into measurable business outcomes
Experience leading and mentoring security architects
Apply security architecture leadership, Zero Trust expertise, and IAM knowledge to shape enterprise-wide capabilities across Canada.
