Own Airbnb Luxe onboarding operations remotely from Canada, using Salesforce, analytics, and cross-functional leadership to grow quality supply.
As Senior Operations Manager, you will manage new listing onboarding end-to-end within Airbnb’s Homes Enterprise team. You will build acquisition motions, maintain a healthy pipeline, improve systems, and support Luxe’s quality standards. The work partners closely with Sales, Product, technical teams, and other cross-functional groups.
Key Responsibilities: Own and improve end-to-end Luxe listing onboarding operations
Build acquisition and onboarding approaches with Sales partners
Close tooling and process gaps through durable systems
Manage program budgets and external vendor relationships
Track metrics, diagnose performance drivers,
and restore progress
Requirements: 8+ years in operations, program, sales, revenue, or supply chain management
Experience owning pipelines or funnels through steady-state operation
Robust analytics, problem-solving, dashboard, and data decision skills
Hands-on Salesforce experience building reports and resolving issues
Experience navigating matrixed organizations and leadership settings
