This Electronics Specialist role focuses on technical support, corrective actions, and product improvement within Sustaining Engineering. You will analyze component-related issues, verify solutions, and help manufacturing and partners introduce revisions. The position also requires transparent documentation and cross-functional teamwork.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth analyses of component-related technical issues
Perform measurements using multimeters and oscilloscopes
Verify corrective solutions with relevant teams
Support manufacturing during component and board revision introductions
Share lessons learned and improve qualification methods
Requirements: DEC in Electronics Technology, Industrial Electronics, or equivalent technical training
At least 10 years’ relevant troubleshooting or validation experience
Proficiency with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering irons
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
