Shape safety excellence at Stelumar’s automated manufacturing facilities with robotics safety, audits, and incident investigation expertise.
As Manager, Health & Safety, you will oversee policies, prevention strategies, reporting, risk assessments, and auditing across Stelumar’s multi-site operations. Reporting to People & Culture leadership, you will communicate standards, educate workers and partners, and collaborate with Mattamy Homes’ Director of Health & Safety.
Key Responsibilities: Promote health and safety programs across facilities and offices
Share safety best practices, lessons learned, and precautions
Educate employees, contractors, and partners on safety standards
Liaise with inspectors, subcontractors, public stakeholders, and government authorities
Coordinate contractor,



vendor, fire, HVAC, and electrical safety requirements
Requirements: Experience leading safety in automated manufacturing facilities
Working knowledge of industrial robot safety standards
Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and communication skills
Experience building health and safety programs from the ground up
Microsoft Office proficiency and regular GTA site travel willingness
Bring safety leadership, robotics knowledge, and explicit communication to Stelumar’s advanced manufacturing and construction environments.
