Reporting to the General Manager, the Manufacturing and Distribution Manager leads approximately 40 to 50 employees through supervisors and operational leaders. The role oversees manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, and distribution while advancing continuous improvement, automation, KPI development, production planning, and process optimization. Success requires collaborative leadership, trust building, mentoring, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities: Lead manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, and distribution operations
Monitor production output, throughput, efficiency, scheduling, and service KPIs




Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Support automation, equipment implementation, and capital projects
Manage operational budgets, capital expenditures, and departmental spending
Requirements: Eight to ten-plus years of progressive manufacturing leadership preferred
Experience in custom batch building
Experience coaching supervisors through operational change
Lean Manufacturing, KPI development, and performance management experience
Production scheduling, warehousing, and distribution knowledge
