Must Haves 7+ years as a Project Manage r with a focus on implementing projects in the common IT space, ERP, and enterprise applications
Experience to guide organizations through major transformations including p rocess standardization & continuous improvement
Experience supporting HR, Finance, or Supply Chain software and business units
Ability to operate within Hybrid, Agile , and stage-gated frameworks
PMP or equivalent certification
Nice to Have Experience supporting HR, Finance, or Supply Chain software and business units
Experience delivering projects requiring strong stakeholder management and large organizational change
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Strong ability to manage change and competing priorities
Effective in high-pressure environments.




Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Responsibilities Lead high-impact projects from initiation through delivery
Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, budgets, forecasts, and resources
Monitor progress and deliver milestones and project outputs on schedule
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, objectives, and KPIs
Deliver Common Groups (Supply Chain, Finance and HR), IT, Cyber Security, and enterprise solutions aligned to business objectives
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and evolving priorities
Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes and drive continuous improvement
