As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will build enterprise AI capabilities that connect autonomous agents with sensitive data. Your work spans client-side and server-side systems, minimal code for constrained environments, and stringent deployments. You will collaborate with researchers to bring advanced models and techniques into production.
Key Responsibilities: Build and ship North AI workspace features
Deploy performant client-side or server-side RAG applications
Develop agents communicating with sensitive enterprise data
Productionize state-of-the-art models and techniques
Reinvent tooling when security requirements demand it
Requirements: Extensive production experience with Python and React
Experience deploying RAG or agentic applications to millions
Comfort working across the full technology stack
Experience in both enterprise and startup environments
Ability to understand and fix external code issues
