You will analyze outcomes, anticipate pitfalls, and support business, client, and employee interests through balanced decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Onboard and develop Sales Representatives
Lead customer meetings and field selling activities
Direct sales assignments using established policies
Increase product and services knowledge through training




Provide leadership for marketplace social responsibility initiatives
Requirements: Related college or university degree, or equivalent experience
Successful business-to-business strategic selling background
Proven enterprise team leadership and talent development
Strategic thinking and effective consulting skills
Reliable transportation and travel between Calgary and Edmonton
Lead Alberta’s field sales organization with coaching, strategic thinking, customer communication, and enterprise account expertise.
