You maintain professional contact with customers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Your work includes documentation, contracts, staffing coordination, issue resolution, technical support, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee tenant construction project activities and milestones
Liaise with leasing teams, contractors, consultants, and tenants
Review, negotiate, and execute contracts
Manage submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and project files




Prepare and price change orders for approval
Requirements: Proficiency in Accubid software
Knowledge of provincial building and electrical codes
