As Senior Technical Product Manager, you will own the lifecycle of API and integration products. You will define strategy, requirements, prioritization, and execution across customer systems, vendors, and partners. The position reports to the Director of Platform Products and Strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Own API vision, roadmap, standards, and lifecycle decisions
Prioritize HRIS, payroll, advantages, and partner integrations
Partner on contracts, data models, security, and reliability
Manage backlogs, detailed stories, risks, and delivery velocity
Define metrics for adoption,



implementation, reliability, and satisfaction
Requirements: Five or more years of product management experience
Experience owning API, integration, or platform products
Knowledge of REST, webhooks, OAuth, SSO, and API gateways
Ability to review OpenAPI specifications and reason about architectures
Experience with agile delivery and cross-functional teams
Lead ComPsych API strategy through product vision, integration expertise, measurable outcomes, and credible technical collaboration.
